Enrolment Information:

Please write on the enrolment form 2023 for an immediate enrolment
or 2024 to start next year.
Please carefully read all of the steps below before you enrol.   Submitting the incorrect documents will delay the process with your enrolment.  You must be living in-zone at the time of submitting your enrolment and on February 1st, 2024.

Step 1:
Prepare the necessary documents to upload before you begin the enrolment online.
Enrol your child by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.  You may experience issues using a smartphone particularly when it comes to uploading documents. For successful results, we recommend that you use a laptop or desktop computer to complete the enrolment form.  Please do come into our reception office if you need assistance to complete your enrolment.
Step 2:

Upload all of the documents that are requested. If you do not complete this step your enrolment will be deleted and you will need to complete the enrolment again.   This is the most important step.   If you do not have all of the documents available, please wait until you do before you start the enrolment.

Please only send what is listed below.  Sending additional documents is not helpful and will delay the process for you.

Documents we need from you to process your enrolment

One of the following:

The student's original birth certificate (if born in NZ) or the student's current passport for New Zealand passport holders
For non-NZ passport holders, all relevant Visa details and a copy of the stamped page from your passport with the arrival date to NZ and all current Visa documents

Plus two of the following in the name(s) of the main caregiver(s) and they must show your address:

A current contents insurance policy cover document that outlines that you are the occupier of the property  (not house insurance)
A current electricity bill
A current LPG gas bill
A current broadband / WIFI bill
A current landline phone bill (a mobile phone bill is not accepted)
A bond lodgement form confirming receipt of bond from Tenancy Services
A residential lease/rental contract with a reputable Property or Real Estate Agency.  Your tenancy agreement must be in place for 6 months following January 2024.   If you are not renting with a licensed agency, you must provide two other forms of residential ID as above.  A printed rental agreement from the internet is not acceptable.

If you submit documentation other than those that are listed above,  your application will not be processed
 and may be deleted

Step 3:

Once Step 2 is completed you will receive an email to book an enrolment meeting date and time. This enrolment meeting will include the parent(s)/caregiver(s), the student, and one of our Senior Leadership Team and/or Learning Community Leaders.  This meeting will usually take 20-30 minutes and will be held at the school.

For 2024 enrolments, we have two enrolment weeks -

Enrolment interviews week one: 28th August - 2nd September 2023

Enrolment interviews week two:  16th October - 21st October 2023

If you enrol later than these enrolment weeks,  your enrolment will be put on hold.

Step 4:

Following the enrolment meeting, you will receive a confirmation email to say that your child is fully enrolled with the school and there is nothing more you need to do.

You will also be added to our email list and receive regular updates but you must be fully enrolled and have completed all of the above steps.

For Year 8 into Year 9 enrolments, the information we will share with you will include Orientation Day which is when new students spend a whole day at Secondary School getting to know their fellow friends, peers and teachers. This happens in November each year.

For 2024 enrolments, we will also share information about starting secondary school next year in February 2024.  You will get information about everything you need to know including your child's new Hub Coach, Learning Community and things to help get them prepared for school. We also have an induction day for all new students at the beginning of February.

Important information
To enrol you must live in zone otherwise your enrolment will not be processed. If you are purchasing a home,  you must be living in that home at the time of enrolment and on 1 February 2024.  We do not accept any out-of-zone enrolments. Please click for a copy of the list of street names that are in zone:
