Student DRESS CODE
The overarching principle is that what a student wears to school should be appropriate for the setting. What do we mean by appropriate?

What is worn should support diversity and not offend others

What is worn should not promote anti-social and/or illegal causes or products

What is worn should align with commonly-accepted social norms
-
What is worn should be appropriate for specialist classes eg Gym, Dance/Drama, Science labs, workshop
As we go through the year we will monitor how students are responding to this code and from time-to-time will inform students and parents if anything in particular does not meet this code.
